How to get the best roasting result for whole nuts blanching purpose?
It is to adopt the low temperature hot air roasting method, the technical data is, roasting temperature:75℃ the loading thickness:10~20mm, roasting time: 25min, if it satisfies above condition, the blanching ratio can reach to 99.45%, the peroxide value of oil among the kernels is 0.4040mmol/kg, the acid value(KOH) is 0.262 4 mg/g, the Nitrogen Solubility is 85.36%.
